Please note: There is legislation that is being proposed now on what the parts per million gluten level should be to allow for a gluten-free label. This discussion ranges from 10 to 17 ppm. Our 100% whole food formula checks in at about 13, so I can't say if it's gluten-free according to the law. For all practical purposes, I have found that people who are gluten-intolerant do fine with this formula - this includes people who are hypersensitive to even trace amounts of gluten.
