Pesto Salmon Recipe

Ingredients: 

1 1/4 cups loosely packed fresh basil
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons vegetable or chicken broth
1 tablespoon blanched slivered almonds
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 pound skinned pacific wild salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
lemon wedges (optional)
basil sprigs (optional)

Green Beans, Korean Style Recipe

Ingredients: 

1 pound (2-3 large handfuls) fresh green beans, washed, trimmed, and cut in half
1 medium onion, cut in half and then sliced into thin strips
1/3 cup water or Vegetable Broth
1 tablespoon naturally brewed soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Pizza Crust Ingredients:

1/2 cup warm water
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. olive oil, plus more for spreading

Pizza Topping Ingredients:

1 Tbs. olive oil
Pinch of sea salt
4 cups tomato sauce
1 head broccoli, cut into small pieces
1 zucchini, diced
1 orange bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
Goat cheese, to taste
