Do you want to learn how to best take care of your own health and rely less on doctors?

This is what I made up my mind to do for myself and my family many years ago when we went through a few bad experiences with conventional health care.

Here are three major points about conventional health care that I was fortunate to discover at a relatively young age:
  1. Many conventional and alternative health care providers are more concerned about their own legal protection than what's best for their patients.


  2. Many treatments and even diagnostic tests are performed mainly for legal protection and/or money.


  3. The majority of health problems that people face are best addressed by getting plenty of rest, moderate exercise, eating the right foods, and being exposed to lots of fresh air and some natural sunlight. These measures are not the first line of treatment or recommendations given by most health care providers for a number of reasons, one being that it's difficult to make a living giving this sort of advice, and another being that many patients expect and even demand a pill or tangible procedure to make them feel better right away.

I could tell you some amazing stories from my days working along side medical doctors, chiropractors, dentists, acupuncturists, and naturopaths that illustrate how much greed and lack of conscience exist in the profession, but I really don't need to because my point is simple:
If you're planning on relying on a doctor to take care of your health in times of illness, chances are good that you will be disappointed and end up suffering unnecessarily at some point in your life.
I fully acknowledge that there are some competent and compassionate health care providers out there who can really help you with your health. I am grateful that such people exist. I am also grateful for the availability of some medical services, like emergency care for traumatic injuries.
