Beware of Caffeine in Energy Drinks

Energy drinks like Red Bull, Sobe "No Fear," and Red Devil are all the rage these days, especially among teenagers and young adults.

According to a study published in the Journal of Analytical Toxicology, these and other drinks that promise to boost your metabolism and energy can contain three to four times as much caffeine as a regular soda.

These drinks can make you feel more alert and energetic in the short term, but drinking them on a regular basis can and will hurt your health over the long term. Read more about Beware of Caffeine in Energy Drinks

Natural Treatment For Nail Fungus

Fungal nail infections, also called onychomycoses, tend to occur more often in toenails than in fingernails. If you are not familiar with what fungal nail infections look like, they tend to make nails look brittle, crumbly, and discolored, usually to a dark yellowish or brownish tinge.

Your body is a host to trillions of microorganisms, some of which are fungi that can live on the outer layers of your skin, your fingernails, your toenails, your hair, and in your digestive tract. When some of these fungi are provided with conditions that allow them to grow rapidly, they can develop into infections. Read more about Natural Treatment For Nail Fungus
