Place an order by phone

If you live in the United States or Canada and would like to place an order by phone, please read the following instructions:

First, please have ready the following information:

• The products that you would like
• Your name
• Your shipping address
• Your telephone number
• Your e-mail address
• Credit card number - we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
• Date of expiry
• 3-digit security number on the back of your card

Second, call our Skype number - 415-578-4628 - and leave the details listed above on our confidential voice answering system. Please know that Skype no longer allows for a personalized greeting in their voicemail system, so you will hear a generic message. We check our confidential voice answering system multiple times a day, so your order will be processed within 1 business day.

Once your order is processed on our end, you will receive an e-mail receipt confirming that your order has been placed.

Please note: we use a confidential voice answering system for telephone orders rather than take orders live at our office in order to keep our prices as deeply discounted as possible.
