Vitamins K and D work together to support resilient bones and cardiovascular health. This blend combines a full spectrum of vitamin K2 chains called menaquinones - MK4, MK6, and MK7 - as well as a small amount of vitamin K1. It also includes 2,500 IUs of plant-sourced vitamin D-3.

Both vitamins K and D are fat-soluble, so a small amount of an enzyme called lipase is also included to support optimal absorption and utilization of these vitamins within the body.
