Almond Sesame Squares Recipe
This scrumptious dessert recipe calls for two healthy and protein-dense plant foods: almonds and sesame seeds. Sesame seeds are also an excellent source of calcium.
This recipe also requires the use of a Champion juicer, which comes with a flat plate that allows you to make all-natural ice cream out of bananas, all-natural nut butters, and desserts like almond sesame squares.
If possible, use raw almonds and raw sesame seeds for this recipe.
Ingredients:
2 cups of raw almonds
1 and 1/2 cups of raw sesame seeds
1/2 a cup of pitted dates
1 cup of carob powder or cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
Directions:
Soak sesame seeds and almonds in water overnight or for at least two hours.
Peel skins off the almonds.
Run the almonds and dates through a Champion juicer, using the flat plate that allows homogenization of nuts and fruits. For best results, be sure to alternate handfuls of almonds and dates to ensure even homogenization.
Put homogenized almonds and dates in a large bowl and add the sesame seeds (after draining them), the carob or cocoa powder, and the vanilla extract. Use a wooden spoon or your hands to bring all of these ingredients together, then press the mixture into a glass pie plate and chill for one hour in the refrigerator.
Cut cooled mixture into squares just before serving.
Enjoy this healthy, delicious, and filling dessert recipe for almond sesame squares.
Note: If you do not have a champion juicer, you can use a strong blender or food processor to homogenize the almonds and dates. You may need to use a little water to bring them together, which will result in squares that are more moist than intended; the main advantage of using a champion juicer is that you can bring the almonds and dates together into a nice paste without any liquids.

I thank you and your staff for such a great website. I am former National Level Bodybuilder so I know a thing or two about health and fitness.
