Interview from 2005 with Judd Bagley

The other day, my mind drifted back to an interview that I did with Judd Bagley of BookLoom.com almost a decade ago. I looked all over and could not find the original mp3 file that Judd expertly put together as a part of his series of podcasts for independent authors. I reached out to Judd via e-mail with just a smidge of hope that he might still have the interview, and to my surprise, I received an almost immediate reply with the original mp3 file. I was further stunned to find that Judd remembered me quite well after all these years, and that he even recalled scheduling our talk around our firstborn's nap schedule.

I receive requests for interviews on various health topics from time to time, and regrettably, I can rarely accept due to time constraints. So I'm grateful that Judd and I made the time to create this Q&A in 2005. To listen to my 32-year old self when I was running our residential fasting clinic brought back some bittersweet memories. I miss helping people fast, but I don't miss running a 24/7 residential clinic with very little help and a baby to care for.

Please feel free to listen to my talk with Judd here:

My book on self health care is no longer in print, but I still plan on producing an updated edition.

Many thanks to Judd for creating this memento of my past, and for keeping it all these years!

Judd is now behind a brilliant community of writers and readers who are ultimately making it easier for all of us to discover new books that we'll likely connect with. You can explore his site here:
