Some Sad News

Early this morning, I was greatly saddened to learn that our client care manager Rebecca lost her oldest daughter yesterday.

Rebecca's daughter was in her mid-20s and left behind two beautiful children, ages 7 and 4.

Those of you who have communicated with Rebecca over the past few years likely have a good sense of how kind she is.  I count her as one of the most thoughtful, hardworking, and humble people I know.

After some thought, I asked Rebecca if I could set up a fundraiser to help her with funeral expenses and to ease the burden of caring for her grandchildren. Though she was unsure about this, I'm grateful that she eventually agreed.
