Egg Salad with Artichokes Recipe

Ingredients:

5 soft-boiled organic eggs, peeled and chopped into bite-size pieces
1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped into bite-size pieces
1 small tomato, chopped
1/2 avocado, chopped
1 small green onion, chopped
House Dressing, to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir gently. Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious and healthy egg salad
