Moroccan Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup of cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic, pressed or finely minced
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon of ground toasted cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Sea salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.

 Try this yummy and aromatic dressing with a tossed green salad, steamed vegetables, baked potatoes, or even broiled fish.
