Simple Creamy Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 of one medium size green cabbage, shredded
1 medium to large carrot, sliced into thin strips
3 tablespoons of your favourite mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
1/4 teaspoon of fresh cracked black pepper

Directions:

1. Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vingegar, sea salt, and black pepper in a small bowl and mix together until homogenous.

2. Combine shredded green cabbage and carrot strips in a large bowl and toss with creamy dressing made in step above.

Enjoy this refreshing and delicious creamy coleslaw as a side to any main dish or as an addition to sandwiches, salads, and burgers.
