How To Use A Stick To Improve Back Health

With a stick secured behind your back, rotate your trunk from side to side, ensuring that your foot rises with each rotation to the opposite side to protect your knees.

You can do the same spinal rotation work while holding the stick behind your neck, secured on both sides with your hands.
