Coconut Yogurt, Almond Butter, & Berries Breakfast Toasts
Many thanks to Shelby for giving us a look at this lovely nutrient-dense breakfast creation.
Ingredients:
Sliced fresh bread
Layer of coconut yogurt (or other favorite non-dairy yogurt)
Layer of almond butter (light and creamy is best)
Fresh blackberries
Chopped raw pistachios
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Directions:
It's as simple as layering the ingredients you desire on freshly toasted bread. Be creative and enjoy!
