How many does this recipe make?

Hi Yvonne,

Thank you for your question! This recipe will make 9 muffins.

Hi, Can you recommend a substitute for the peanut butter that is low or non-existent in oxalates?

Thank you

Sunflower seed butter is a good alternative.

Do you know the protein amount for the muffins?
Thank you for sharing the recipe!

Dear Barbara,

We do not have an exact amount of protein for the muffins, but the protein would be coming from the can of chickpeas and the peanut butter.

Hope this helps!
