Simple Oats Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup of organic rolled oats
1 tablespoon of organic chia seeds
Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 and 1/4 cups of unsweetened plant milk (almond or coconut work well)
1 tablespoon of virgin coconut oil
1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup (optional)
Any toppings you enjoy - nut butter, berries, cherries, dried mangoes, etc.

Directions:

1. Combine oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, almond milk, coconut oil, and maple syrup if desired in a container and gently mix until combined. Secure lid and put in the refrigerator to sit for two hours or overnight.

2. Top with anything you like, add a tad more plant milk if desired, and enjoy!
