The Best Stretch for Tight Shoulder "Shawl" Muscles
If you experience tightness in your shoulder "shawl" muscles, you will likely benefit from this stretch, highly effective for lengthening your trapezius and levator scapulae muscles.

As with all stretches, you can hold for as long as is comfortable, and once you reach the end of your current range of motion, you can gently rock or pulse within that end range to improve tissue length and joint mobility.
