Are hanging/brachiating exercises all that you need?
I'm working through a shoulder impingement from tennis and other things, and have had good results from hanging/brachiating exercises. It feels like the stretches are easier if the shoulder is distracted. If I can progress to the advanced hanging with rotation and brachiating exercises that you demonstrate, is that sufficient to get all ranges of motion from the shoulder, or does one need to do lying or standing stretches in addition?
Thanks for your excellent videos!
