Most people who embark on the journey of losing fat cut down on carb-rich foods, often categorized as white foods like potatoes, rice, bread, pasta, and sugar. I'm told that this song is a part of the soundtrack for a film that I'd really like to see - it's called Boyhood, and was shot over 12 years by Richard Linklater, chronicling the story of a boy and his family from the time he was 6. Remarkably, Richard cast the actors of this film when the lead was 6 years old, and they gathered once a year to continue shooting. Read more
