How to Strengthen and Mobilize Your Wrists
If you're keen to improve your overall mobility and functional strength, it's vital that your wrists are healthy and able to bear a good portion of your body weight.
This video demonstrates several stretches and mobility exercises for your wrists and the soft tissues that surround your wrist joints. It's best to take a gradual and conservative approach to building wrist strength and mobility, so please just do what you comfortably can, and increase the hold times and amount of body weight used at a comfortable pace that doesn't lead to injury from overloading your tissues.
If you are not able to do these exercises while on the ground, simply do them against a wall. Do what you comfortably can a few times a week and gradually increase your workload as your wrists become healthier.
If you have any questions about the exercises in this video, please feel free to leave them in the comments section below.
