How to Do My Favourite Squat For Better Balance, Hip Mobility, and Leg Strength at Any Age

One of the most effective ways of maximizing our longevity is to maintain optimal balance, leg strength, and hip mobility - this is a quick look at my favourite exercise that allows us to improve and maintain all three.

Use an exercise ball or anything else you have handy to allow you to do side to side or Cossack squats to any degree that you can - even lowering yourself a few inches at a time will help improve balance, leg strength, and hip mobility.

Use as much or as little pressure on the ball as you wish - over time, as your proficiency improves, you can use very little help from the ball or even do Cossack and side to side squats without any help.
