How To Use A Stick To Relieve Neck Pain

This is how you can use a stick like the dowel of a broom to improve neck mobility.

With the stick behind your neck and your hands holding onto both ends, apply some pressure into your neck muscles while you take your neck through different ranges of motion.

Right and left rotation. Some lateral flexion where you take one ear down to its corresponding ear.

You can vary the angle of the stick, the positioning of your head, and how much pressure you apply with the stick to target tight muscles and improve active range of motion of your neck.
